Caroline Conlin
     Caroline has been a part of the Hills & Falls Community for four years.  She has served on the Board twice as the Co-Chair of Fundraising and will take on the role of recording Secretary for the 2011 - 2012 school year.  Prior to becoming a stay at home mom, Caroline worked in media planning for the Dunkin' Donuts account.  Caroline adores participating in the classroom with her girls and the strong feeling of community that resonates throughout the school.



Fundraising Co-Chairs:


Alix Campbell
     Alix joined the Hills and Falls community in 2008 when her eldest son, Finley, started as a Bunny. Alix and her husband Colin have two additional children, Lachlan (currently a Bunny) and Imogen (a Bunny in 2012). Prior to becoming a stay-at-home mom, Alix spent a number of years in non-profit development and was working toward a doctorate in psychology. She and her family were drawn to Hills and Falls by the opportunity for parents to participate actively in the school, particularly in the classroom.



Cynthia Miller
    Cindy, a native of Atlanta, moved to Boston after graduating from Emory University, and earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Babson College. Cindy spent more than a decade working in the financial services industry.   Since the birth of her first child, Jackson, in 2008, Cindy has been a stay at home mom, and is expecting her second child in December.  As a first year parent of a Bunny, Cindy has found the dedication and community spirit of the Hills and Falls community to be tangible proof of the benefits a cooperative education affords both students and their families. Cindy, her husband Dan, and Jackson live in Waban.



Marketing Chair:

Mindi Gannon
    Mindi started at Hills & Falls in 2008.  This is her second year serving on the Board.  She currently has a Rainbow and in 2012 her youngest will be a Bunny.  Mindi was a teacher prior to being a stay at home mom.  She loves the community at Hills & Falls and being able to take an active role in her children's education.

Shana Gondelman
    Shana is beginning her third year as the co-CFO on the Board of Directors at Hills and Falls. Her eldest daughter spent three years in the program and is off to Kindergarten in the Fall of 2011. Her youngest will begin as a bunny in the Fall of 2011. Before her daughters were born, Shana had a multitude of different experiences including living in Spain as a free lance English teacher, living in Florida while working for Junior Achievement and then finally returning to Massachusetts where she worked as an Acounting Manager for an international cable company. Currently, she works as a freelance bookkeeper. Shana loves the cooperative and community feel of Hills and Falls and is excited to serve on the board for the next two years.




Cara Gady Church
   Cara has been a part of the Hills and Falls community since 2010 and is serving in her second year as co-CFO.  Her oldest son is currently in the Dino class and her younger son will start as a Bunny in 2012.  Before becoming a mom, Cara worked as an estate planning attorney in Boston.  Her family was drawn to Hills and Falls because of the strong sense of community among the parents and teachers and the opportunity to be actively involved in her boys’ preschool experience.

Roxanna Missong
    Roxanna and her husband are the parents of three sons. (Yes, they're busy!) The family joined the Hills and Falls community when their oldest son became a bunny in 2008. They love taking an active part in their children's earliest educational experiences, and the many friends they've made at Hills and Falls.



Shelly Ward
    Shelly Ward is a third time Hills & Falls parent.  Her older kids, Owen and Katherine, enjoyed their time at the school years ago and were so excited for their little sister, Annie, to come to the school.  In her previous life, Shelly was a management consultant and brand manager.  But now she keeps herself busy with her kids, their new puppy, school volunteering and an occasional bit of work.

Kiera Carlisle
     Kiera came to Hills & Falls in 2010.  Currently a stay at home mom to Dino Kate and 2012 Bunny Ben, Kiera has worked in nonprofit management and advertising. The close knit community and opportunity to be involved in the classroom are what drew her family to Hills & Falls.
