Our cooperative preschool involves parents in their child’s classroom and also in the planning and administration of the school.  One parent from each family helps in their child's classroom six to eight times per year, and serves on a committee or as a member of the Board of Directors.  Children benefit from a supportive community of parents who are actively engaged in their child’s learning experience. Parents gain firsthand knowledge of early childhood development, and find a strong voice as an advocate for their child.
